Paddle.com has reported that some customers may experience order processing issues on February 17th starting from 10:25 UTC. Customers may experience issues paying with PayPal however, a workaround has been found while we work on resolving the issue.
Workaround: Click on "PayPal not loading? Click here to go to PayPal", then complete the payment. You will not be automatically redirected back to the app—You need to return manually.

Dear Kraken traders,
Please be aware that Kraken have scheduled maintenance on their Spot exchange website and API connection to begin on 4th March between 0800hrs to 0815hrs UTC.
Please note that this is a rough estimate from Kraken, and the precise time when services return may change slightly. It is recommended not to place or cancel orders during this time. Kraken advise to plan ahead accordingly and make necessary account adjustments prior to the start of the maintenance. Following maintenance, markets will briefly enter cancel-only mode, and then post-only mode, before returning to full functionality.
Kraken reported that Spot market went into post-only mode due to an identified issue on March 02nd at 16:48 UTC. Only new limit post-only orders could be submitted during the incident, while other order types were rejected. Existing orders remained cancellable. On March 02nd, at 19:13 UTC, they updated that the fix had been implemented and that they continued to monitor the issue.
On Mar 03rd, 2025, at 07:05 UTC, Kraken confirmed that the incident has been resolved.
