Investigating - Dear traders, We've received reports from some users that Balances for connected Coinbase Advanced Trade Spot Exchange accounts may not be returning all the the assets held within the account, and this may also be affecting the creation of new Bot deals or SmartTrades and updating the status of active deals or SmartTrades.
Our team are investigating the issue and we'll provide an update with more information shortly. If you have any critical trades or deals active, please also monitor these within 3Commas and via the exchange interface during this time.

Paddle.com has reported that some customers may experience order processing issues on February 17th starting from 10:25 UTC. Customers may experience issues paying with PayPal however, a workaround has been found while we work on resolving the issue.
Workaround: Click on "PayPal not loading? Click here to go to PayPal", then complete the payment. You will not be automatically redirected back to the app—You need to return manually.
The Gemini exchange announced on March 06th, at 18:16 UTC, that scheduled maintenance of the FIX, Active Trader, and REST API endpoints would be performed from 21:30 to 23:00 UTC. Customers may have experienced brief timeouts during that period when executing orders via the FIX, Active Trader, and REST endpoints.
The maintenance has been performed by 23:00 UTC and is now complete.

Kraken reported that Spot market went into post-only mode due to an identified issue on March 02nd at 16:48 UTC. Only new limit post-only orders could be submitted during the incident, while other order types were rejected. Existing orders remained cancellable. On March 02nd, at 19:13 UTC, they updated that the fix had been implemented and that they continued to monitor the issue.
On Mar 03rd, 2025, at 07:05 UTC, Kraken confirmed that the incident has been resolved.
