Identified - Dear traders,
We want to inform you about a temporary issue affecting the display of correct balances for Bybit accounts in our system. This has occurred due to a recent API update made by Bybit and related to the new UTA account type. If you have active trades or deals on affected Bybit accounts these should not be affected by this issue, however the balance display of Bybit accounts may show 0 at this time
The team is actively working on a fix to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated on our progress and let you know as soon as the issue is resolved.

The team has applied several fixes that helped to resolve most of the signal reception issues, and we will continue to monitor the situation.
Meanwhile, the issue may be present for a small number of signals. If you have encountered it, please provide our Support Team with detailed information so we can properly investigate the cause.
