What's happening?
Between June 11th and June 18th, 2025, OKX is migrating EEA-based users who previously accessed OKX via their global website to a new localized platform: my.okx.com.
As a result of this change, the internet endpoints used by 3Commas to communicate with OKX for EEA users will no longer function as expected. These updated addresses are not yet supported by 3Commas.
Our team is actively working to implement compatibility, with support expected by June 21st, 2025.
โ Am I Affected?
If your OKX account was created in an EEA country, you are likely affected. OKX directly emailed affected users, so please check your email inbox (and spam folder) for any communications from OKX confirming the migration.
EEA countries include:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
Plus EFTA countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway
โ Impact on Trading
3Commas will temporarily lose the ability to place, modify, or cancel orders on migrated OKX EEA accounts. Users may experience a service disruption during this transition window.

Recommended Actions
Between June 11th and June 21st, we advise all affected users to:
* Monitor Your Trades: Keep a close eye on any open positions via my.okx.com, as 3Commas will be unable to take trading actions during this period if you OKX account is migrated.
* Act Directly on OKX: Log in to your OKX EEA account to manually adjust or manage your trades if needed.
* Stay Updated: We will post updates and resolution confirmation via this Status Page. Support for the new OKX infrastructure is anticipated by June 21st, 2025.
