Our support provider, Intercom, recently reported a major outage on May 29th at 18:25 UTC. All Intercom tools can be unavailable to the users, affecting the processing of emails, messages, notifications, and access to the 3Commas Help Center.
The Intercom team is working on identifying and fixing the issue.
