This incident may cause delays in updating order statuses and balances in the Derivatives & Spot section, and may also cause interruptions in placing and updating orders in the Spot section using 3Commas tools.

Kraken reported on March 26, 2026, at 23:02 UTC that they have identified an issue affecting Futures API market data history endpoints. API consumers may have experienced empty responses or errors when querying execution and order history data.
This issue may have also affected trading using bots on the 3Comas side. Please review your trades.

The issue has been resolved as of 03:31 UTC on March 27.
